Healthy Mother's Day Parfait

This Mother’s Day, why not surprise your mom with a delicious and healthy treat? Plain organic yogurt has never looked so fancy and tasted so nice.


  • 2 cups plain organic yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup of mom’s favourite berries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Customize garnish or additions: mint leaves, cocoa nibs, citrus zests, edible flowers —the sky’s the limit


  1. Prepare the Yogurt: Start by scooping 2 cups of plain organic yogurt into a mixing bowl. Organic yogurt is not only delicious, but it’s also free from artificial additives, hormones, and pesticides, making it a healthier choice. If desired, you can add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup for a touch of natural sweetness. Mix well until the sweetener is fully incorporated into the yogurt.
  2. Layer the Parfait: In individual serving glasses or bowls, create alternating layers of the prepared yogurt, granola, fresh berries, and another addition you know mom likes. Repeat this layering process until you’ve used up all the ingredients, or until the glasses are filled to your liking.
  3. Drizzle with Honey (Optional): To add an extra touch of sweetness, you can drizzle a little honey or maple syrup on top of each parfait.
  4. Make it pretty with a garnish of mint leaves or edible flowers, if you like.
